4.1 Observation
Our team members observations shows that Young-Young company has existing Financial System and Inventory Control System which they have been using for a long time. Currently customer information is entered in the Financial System.  Financial system structure can not be changed and it has its own database. The Inventory Control System was developed in house and Microsoft SQL 2000 was used. The new Customer Service System needs to be integrated with the existing systems
