Do nothing. This option does not have any upfront costs, but will still require for employees to do double entry. (Options obtained from CTU, n.d.).
6.3.1 Advantages
Does not cost Young-Young any more upfront dollars.
6.3.2 Disadvantages
Do to the need for employees to do double entry, the risks of human error will be high not to mention more man hours will cost Young-Young more dollars in the long run. The most important of all the loss of Young-Young’s bottom line is that the employees’ dissatisfaction with the extra work will result to low productivity. Young & Young will continue to have the same problem as it does now which defeats the reasoning for contacting our company with this project.
