4.4 Sample Data
Sample data for the customer service system is pulled out in ASCII format from the existing Financial System. It is important to study what data is going in the system and what systems are using that data and for what purpose. Sample reports and invoices are studied for improvement in the new Customer Service System. This data is studied by our team members and is helpful in developing customer service system.
