Director of Inventory Control Department wants
Customer Service System to provide information for controlling the
inventory. This information should also be helpful in getting
supplies on time. Director of Customer Service Department want to
speed up information update and wants customer service engineers to
carry pocket PC’s for updating information from anywhere and
anytime.
These interviews provided valuable information
about the existing systems and their input for the proposed system
can be greatly appreciated.
